• Cow Stars NFTs are a collectable highland cow themed character that can be collected, stored and traded.

• Each Cow Stars NFT is an automatic lifetime membership to the specific series player club it belongs too.

• Each NFT automatically participates in every Powerball and Mega Millions drawing as a minimum require benefit. Other benefits will vary by series.

• A series is a player club with a defined number of memberships available and operates independently within the Cow Stars collection.

• Each series is a unique themed selection of highland cow NFTs. The theme, characters, supply, and other benefits beyond lottery participation vary by series.

• Note: The Cow Stars collection has no cap on the maximum number of themed series player clubs that can launch within the Cow Stars collection.

• While digital assets like Cow Stars are easily collected by anyone around the world, Cow Stars operates under the legal and tax laws of the state of Texas, in the United States of America and therefore has restrictions to membership:

• It is prohibited for anyone under legal age, from OFAC restricted country or for the purposes of illegal or criminal activities to own a Cow Stars NFT.

• Before collecting any Cow Stars NFTs, you need to check with legal counsel to determined if membership is prohibited where you live.

• Each series purchases Powerball and Mega Millions lottery tickets for all draws one month in advance for the entire players' club.

• The lottery and draw numbers are posted in advance of all drawings across Cow Stars social media. 

• Winnings are paid transparently on chain with USDC.

  • All prizes $5,000+ will be distributed equally among all holders of the winning series players club

  • All prizes under $5,000 will be distributed in smaller, equal amounts randomly among the winning series players club

    • NOTE: For smaller prizes, the odds of a single NFT receiving a prize are lower than buying the same number of tickets individually

• Yes, the Powerball and Mega Millions lotteries are available, and playing as a group with shared ownership is legal in our jurisdiction of Texas, USA.

• Cow Stars is not a lottery provider. Does not sell lottery tickets. Does not provide or facilitate wagering or gambling.

• Cow Stars offers participation in every Mega Millions and Powerball draw as well as other benefits at no additional cost, fee, or risk to members.

• Buying lottery tickets and not winning have no impact on the holder benefits for holding a Cow Stars NFT.

• Each series has a defined minimum weekly benefit. For example, the Norse Series has a $25 USD weekly minimum member benefit ($1,300 annually).

• Participation in each Powerball and Mega Millions draw is the only required minimum benefit prioritized before all other benefits.

• When a series players club has surplus benefit funds they will each decide individually what any additional benefits will be. 

• Other benefits could include cash prizes, additional lottery tickets, events, NFT floor price sweeps, or any other legal and agreed upon group benefit.

• Cow Stars is wholly owned and managed by J7Core Services, a Texas, USA-registered company. Our dedicated team is responsible for all marketing, communications, records, operations and the distribution of member benefits.

• Cow Stars is a membership product offered and managed by J7Core Services

  • Membership is obtained through the purchase and ongoing ownership of any Cow Stars NFT to the specific themed series players club.

  • No additional fees or costs are required to maintain membership with full benefits

• Membership revenue is not used to purchase lottery tickets or gamble on behalf of members. Membership revenue is used in three ways:

  • 10% is allocated to the Cow Stars marketing wallet for continued investment in growing the communities

  • 30-40% is allocated to the partnerships we make to introduce Cow Stars to new audiences in the form of sales incentives

  • 50-60% is allocated to J7Core Services as a separate account from operations to generate yield, which will be used to pay for all member benefits. 

    • NOTE: Any gap in revenue generated and the cost of benefits is a liability of J7Core Services and never the players club or NFT holders

• Cow Stars NFTs have no cash or redemption value. They are not redeemable for USD, USDC, or any other cryptocurrency.

• Cow Stars is a membership product offered and managed by J7Core Services

  • Any revenue shortfall in providing member benefits is a liability of J7Core Services and not the NFT holders. 

  • Benefits cannot be paid for by selling more Cow Stars NFTs or by enrolling new members. There is no additional cost or fee to remain a member.

  • Creator earnings can be used to cover marketing and operational costs or to increase membership benefits for the contributing series players club

• Cow Stars NFTs have no cash value and or a redemption feature. They are not redeemable for USD, USDC, or any other cryptocurrency initiated by holders.

• In the unlikely event that J7Core Services is unable to continue managing Cow Stars or providing lifetime membership benefits, J7Core Services will dissolve the players' clubs and distribute any remaining membership benefits, including membership dues net of marketing and sales incentives.

• J7Core Services is a registered business, taxed as a corporation with no expiration or lifespan. 

• Contingency plans within the team are in place so that if a key team member becomes unexpectedly incapacitated or dies that all operations, records, assets, and liabilities (including Cow Stars) will continue to operate as laid out.

• If J7Core Services is sold to another company, all Cow Stars assets and liabilities will remain separate, and the new entity will assume management and the responsibility of continuing to provide lifetime benefits.

• In the unlikely event that J7Core Services is unable to continue managing Cow Stars or providing lifetime membership benefits, J7Core Services will dissolve the players' clubs and distribute any remaining membership benefits, including membership dues net of marketing and sales incentives.
